“Hi, it’s nice to meet you.
I’ve been really interested in Daisy lately. She’s played by my good friend, Taylor Swift, and she has this ‘good girl going bad’ kind of vibe going on. With Dumort, I’ve come to learn that it’s always the quiet ones who will break out of their molds the most. Another character would also have to be Genevieve. Both she and Kat are great, and there’s a lot of character build up and development going on right now. I wish I could tell you about this storyline that’s coming up, but unfortunately my lips are sealed.”
“Oh, God, no. I didn’t have anything to do with that, I’m afraid, but I would have loved to have been? I was cast pretty early on but I was busy working on another project at the time so I couldn’t do very much. I would have put in some 80s tracks in there perhaps, and maybe a Sam Smith song or two. Or The Chordettes because you can never go wrong with a classic. They sent out the CDs to everyone a couple of episodes into the season just so we could get a taste for the album. Kudos to Tyler and Kat because those tracks really helped to put the whole thing together.”
“For the most part, Zoey’s a very territorial wolf. She tends to stick to the same groups and boundaries because that’s what she knows and that’s what she’s used to.
Siobhan is definitely someone to watch out for. With Zoey being such an out-of-the-box character and Siobhan the complete opposite, it’s going to be interesting to be a friendly relationship forming between the two. Harry and Courtney too. Harry is someone she just knows, I guess, and Courtney’s someone who points her down the right direction and she really needs that in her life. She needs someone to discourage her from doing all the bad things she does.”
“I’m loving it actually. She has a very Santana Lopez vibe, so I’m hoping this is something of a shoutout to Naya. And she also reminds me a little of of the character I played in The Family. She has very wild and violent tendencies, which makes her all the more fun to play.
That spin the bottle game we played was pretty crazy. You see, you think that a scene like that would only take a couple of hours max. but we ended up filming it for almost five hours. Everyone was so nervous because we had to kiss everyone and for a while it got really chaotic. It was late at night too, so we’d all been on set for at least ten hours ‘cause we’d been filming some other scenes all day, and I had to keep giving the evil eye to Emma, but after the third hour, I think we all just went a bit nuts. We’d lost it by then. There was a lot of giggling. A lot of giggling.”
“Truth is, I don’t really like him. He never texts me back and I just have to pretend that I like him because we’re on camera and he’s playing my boyfriend.

I’m kidding! Haha. Rumours are rumours, you know? You can’t really stop them from happening as much as you would like to, and you go out with cast members and the paparazzi will catch you sitting opposite someone else and it all spreads like wildfire. But, no. There’s no tension. It’s really hard to have tension with someone who’s so fun to act with and is genuine and passionate about the role he’s playing. We’re definitely closer though. I mean, I love him, and I hope that we stay friends for many years to come. He’s a great guy.”
“It’s all very secret so I can’t tell you much, but you should look out for wolves… Howling… Bears…. A jungle. Maybe a couple of cheerleaders or two? We’ll see, we’ll see. Only time will tell.”
Home. Her lair. Safety. Serenity.
Her luggage ended up by the front door, forgotten and unwanted. A trail of clothing led down the hallway. A jacket that she had hardly worn. One boot left carelessly in middle, a tripping hazard for all that were to come through. The other not far behind. Zoey could leave her thoughts with them. All but one.
As she padded past the living room, a scene teased in the back of her mind. One that for the first time, wasn’t crippled with fear or intensity. There was the low drone of the plasma TV that hung on the wall, Joseph’s shirt hanging over the arm left as her head rested in on his shoulder and his arm wrapped tightly around her shoulder. It was like something from a dream, and God, she shouldn’t have been thinking about him being in her apartment with her.
She shouldn’t have been thinking about him at all, but the damn wolf wouldn’t leave her mind. Fuck him.
Fuck him. Gentle touches contrasting with teeth and sharp nails that could so easily have been claws. Soft kisses turning into something hard, rough and needy, showing him that he was hers and hers alone. Fuck all of those other people that he had been with previously. Fuck all the ones that hadn’t lasted long enough to still be with him today.
Mine. Mine. Mine.
For Christ’s sake.
Zoey has never been able to see a promise all the way through. There have been rare moments for those rare people, but they don’t come often and she doesn’t really see the point. How many people have broken their promises to her and how many have kept them? She wouldn’t even need to count them down on two hands for there aren’t even enough people for one. What is the point in a promise?
Zoey falls too hard, too fast, and that is a fact. She’s a naive lover, foolishly believing the lies and the tales that they spin for her and choosing to ignore the obvious details. Sure, they flash like warning lights in the back of her mind, but why should she bother worrying about them when she’s in a good place? It’s probably a good thing that she hasn’t officially involved herself with anyone this past year or so because it’s given her time to clear her mind and close herself off.
Everything’s just a little bit off to Zoey, and it sends her into this wild state of ‘on the brink of insanity’. She swears that her dreams are more real than the actual world around her. Which makes her take drugs. Which makes things worse because she can’t separate one thing from another and she gets confused. Muddled. Disoriented. She herself is a bit of a delirious being, really. There’s no denying that.
Who would have thought that someone that was once so close to you could be your ultimate downfall? Liam was torture to her. He may have been an idiot, but his idiocy was to the extreme. If he found something that she liked then he would set out to destroy it and for many years, she let him. He had her wrapped around his little finger and she would do his bidding because he knew everything about her and he could destroy her world if he really wanted to. Even now, he continues to wreak havoc in her life. Coming to her in dreams and drug-induced hallucinations.
Well, as he always used to say… keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.
